Neglected for decades, the former Prince of Wales Bridge (now Chief William Commanda Bridge), has been a popular hangout for Ottawa youth and a blank canvas for graffiti artists for years. While plans for restoration will soon make the bridge accessible to the public once more, sadly most of the renegade art has disappeared from the ancient rail ties and framework.
